Recently purchase a 1 mL syringe of Dr. Jolly's ~2:1 CBD/THC ratio cannabis oil for the senior discounted price of $22, as I had purchased this product a couple of times previously. I was told Cannabis Corner no longer had that product so I was told Beatnick's Finest, @ $27, was a very similar product, ratio wise. I was not allowed to examine the product to read its information, so went merely on what sales clerk told me. Product may perform similarly, but when I got home found that the recommended serving size is 5X greater than the Dr. Jolly's product, 0.05 G. to 0.01 G., respectively. This means only 20% of the benefit available per package, so, price is not the $5 pkg. difference but 5 x $27 = $135, minus the $22 cost of Dr. Jolly's, the difference in product cost is actually $113. Needless to say, if I could have studied the package details, I would have figured this out before I got home. While Beatnick's has more CBD, I also found out it has only half the THC per dose. I am somewhat disgruntled about this and that and will definitely ask more questions, next time. Perhaps having an empty package sleeve for customers to peruse can avoid misunderstandings such as this. Definitely going to look for Dr. Jolly's or something similar in value to it.

This is for the Cannabis Corner at 5431 SE 72nd Avenue in Portland, Oregon. I'm away from home so couldn't go to my usual dispensary. When I went to Cannabis Corner on 2/22/20 to see if they had Rebel Roots Charlotte's Web RSO (recommended by my doctor), I was assured that Beatnick's Finest Medihaze Concentrate was the closest thing to it. In fact, the budtender insisted it was indica-dominant (there was nothing on the label to indicate whether sativa, indica, or hybrid) and that she has used it herself for some time. I asked several times if it was an indica because sativas aggravate my condition, and she insisted it was. Took the first dose today and knew within an hour it was not an indica. I looked it up online and sure enough--it's sativa-dominant. If someone doesn't know for sure what's in a product, they should just say so, not lie about it. If they didn't have indica RSO products, they should have told me straight out. I had a bad reaction today from the Medihaze and I wasted nearly thirty dollars too. I'm an elderly woman on a tiny disability income. I've never had a bad experience at a dispensary before, but felt I needed to warn people about this place. We depend on you budtenders to know your stuff.
