I bought a "who" vape cartridge (1 gram) I don't smoke a ton so I only went thru half in about 3 weeks. It stopped working. I went back in to return and the guy behind the counter went and talked to his manager who was in the back room. Then came out and told me there was nothing he could do because it was over the time limit to return and it had been used. So I asked well is there anything you can do, the guy dissapeared in the back to talk to his manager who never came out of his hole to talk to me the customer directly. When the guy comes back he says no and then tried to take the cartridge and put it in the desk behind him. I said no I'll keep that, I'm sure I can get it fixed or scrape it or something. He rolled his eyes and handed it back to me: then he said "well your only is to buy a new one" Why would I buy a new 55$ cartridge if I am not guaranteed I will get to use it till it's out of oil and the return policy is jacked up and they offer zero helpful solutions for me? Couldn't they give me a discount on a new one since I still had more than half left? Or store credit, couldn't they contact the manufacturer and get it fixed.
