Hybrid - 50% Sativa /50% Indica
Cherry Garcia smells and is very attractive to the eye. I picked out a big chunker of a nug weighing over 4 grams itself. sad to tear it apart. this strain is great for daytime use as it is not a very potent Sativa more balanced effects that dont linger on through the day. smoked some and went for a 2 mile jog felt great.
Got this strain (spelled as Cherry Gar See Ya) from The Lodge in Colorado. THC is 25%. Buds are solid, conical shaped nugs that are a solid green with a purple tint to the ends, a darker leaf and dark brown pistils COVERED in frosty trichomes (so much so it's hard to distinguish the color underneath.) This strain is the ULTIMATE middle of the road high. I've rarely ever smoked a 50/50 that didn't feel like it leaned more Indica or Sativa but this one feels perfectly 50/50. The head high and body high hit in equal portions, neither one being more dominant. The body high is relaxing without being sedative or heavy at all. The head high is uplifting and mood enhancing without any raciness and energy or any lethargy and lack of focus. It has a slight psychedelic edge to it but once again nothing overwhelming or super strong. After having smoked several bowls I feel high but not faded. I'm relaxed yet awake, uplifted and energized without feeling too stimulated or any one way. This is a VERY balanced strain. I only give it a 4 out of 5 stars because while a very good strain, it's not my cup of tea. I prefer my strains to feel either more Indica or more Sativa. That's the only reason I'm scoring it lower.
May 2022 ***HUGE WASTE OF MONEY*** NOT A 50/50 all I have is a headache now BECAUSE OF THIS REVIEW. you said it was a 50/50. I wasted my money on it based on THIS review. CHERRY GARCIA SUCKS ASS. it hurts a bi-polar head. I AM SO PISSED OFF RIGHT NOW. it causes a headache right between the eyes and upper nose - exactly where it should be energizing and relaxing - not hurting ad causing pressure.
I found after 2 one hitter rips a very mello...ummm, well you know. Body and mind relaxing. Also am finding it tricky to type this review with the phone moving in a different direction than my droppy non-focusing eyes...lol. Def not a full functioning daytime flower for me at least. Well 2 hits down and I am going in for a couple more. PEACE
This strain is unique and delightful. After smoking only the most potent buds in my state for a couple years,when I grabbed the Cherry Garcia buds and was truly impressed.Truly,God knows what He's doing.
