This is such a great strain, for both day and/or night activities. All of the positive stuff that consumers are saying about this strain is true. I've been a long time fan of the 'Sour Diesel' strain lineage, so when I came across this 'NYC Sour Diesel' (aka, and even more properly known as simply, NYC Diesel) I had to try it. At the time, I was living outdoors in Auburn Washington. So I had to take a long bus trip to Seattle Washington to purchase this from the OZ dispensary (Big Ups OZ), and my oh my was I pleased with both the price and the effects of my purchase. I immediately became a fan of this 'NYC Diesel', which has been very very hard to find, until now. This strain definitely has traits, in both its look and effects, that are reminiscent to the more classic 'Sour Diesel', with the addition of some plusses over Sour Diesel (less cough (it's much smoother on the lungs) and it's highly praised, Paranoia FREE effects); don't sleep though, this strain is still a heavy hitter. Summary: This is just truly a great strain, that I so thank God, for those that created this particular strain. I hope that it stickies (lol) around for many many years to come. I love all sour diesel strains

I have been in pain management for 30 years,was taking 30mg oxycodone 4 times a day,30mg morphine,valium,xanax,and a muscle relaxant.Need to say ,a lot of pills.With the NYSD I take 10mg oxy 3 x a day,no other pills.This strain is good to relax muscles ,help pain,and not be sleepy.I love this strain!

I’ve smoked Sour Diesel first in Amsterdam in 2006. It was there that I was first introduced to this beautiful strain. I will say with confidence this strain removes the pain! It’s available to me regularly here in the Philadelphia PA. and surrounding areas. The price $45.00 per 1/8th is a little on the high end, but worth every penny. Try it, you’ll like it.

NYC Sour Diesel usually is all that and a bag of chips... all are not alike called SourDiesel NYC sour diesel tops

The description provided above is spot on. It is a very calming happy high that relaxes without making you a zombie. It has a great taste and wonderful smell. I prefer to roll the flowers in a joint (old school). My purchase was cured and trimmed perfectly so it rolled really nice burning joints. Out of 7 different strains I bought over a week this was the one I smoked every night.

If you're looking for a well-balanced hybrid that has a great flavor and effects, this is it. It has all the best features of its parents and has a super sour taste that practically sticks to your tongue after toking. One of my faves for a Saturday morning.
