Hybrid Strain Hybrid 50% Sativa /50% Indica

This popular, potent medical choice is an indica-dominant cross of Purple Kush and Cali OG Kush, both widely loved strains. The exact balance of sativa to indica in this strain isn't widely known, but it leans heavily in favor of the indica genes. Though Purple OG Kush is said to be extremely strong, available THC numbers don't entirely back that claim, as they top out at around 18%. That's powerful, to be sure, but not quite top shelf. CBD numbers, meanwhile, are well below 1%, marking this strain as a poor choice for treating seizures or other maladies that respond to that substance. But Purple OG Kush can be used effectively as treatment for chronic pain, lack of appetite, insomnia, depression, and stress. The high, mostly physical, is deeply relaxing, spacey, and sleepy, with a pleasing body buzz. A sweet aroma of berries and musk pairs well with the fruity, Kush-like flavor of this strain. Expect dry mouth and dry eyes; other adverse effects include headaches, dizziness, and paranoia. Purple OG Kush is popular throughout the American West, from New Mexico to British Columbia, and can be found at many medical marijuana dispensaries. It also appears on the black market.

This is an INDICA made by crossing OG Kush and Purple Kush. It's one of the most popular strains going since forever. It is not a 50/50 hybrid as this page would have you believe. It's excellent help for insomnia, anxiety and chronic mild to moderate pain. At ~20% THC it's not super strong but does have the couch lock effect. It's also a great for stimulating an appetite.

Heavy pine smelling nuggets and tastes like pine too when i took 2 hits from a vape. It's a slowly hitting strain, first i feel it behind my eyes, which then spreads from head to toes slowly, gives a really enjoyable and relaxing body high. Was a good choice for the evening and winding down!

Got these really dense nuggets from a locsl grower, they have dark leafes so it looks good. But the smell isn't very inviting to me as it's just a heavy pine aroma. Took a hit from a vape and it tastes pretty much like a pine tree too which i don't like much heh. But i ain't smoking weed for those two thing, just Interested in the effect :) Two hits from a vape and now we wait, the onset is delayed and slow, the first thing i notice it starting from the head and then spreading to the whole body. I'm starting to feel a little bit heavier and slow. The high itself is a very body heavy, but i'm starting to slowly feel it hitting my head too. My eyelids are getting heavier too. I'm telling you guys wait 15 minutes for the onset before smoking again. And definitenely have your drinks ready because i got a really dry mouth. Finally back home and i'm in a really relaxed state 30 minutes later. The body high is really really enjoyable and the head high ain't distracting at all. What else can i say it's a pretty good strain for the evening and night.

Purple og kush is a great evening or night time strain. It said on here the thc levels top out around 18% and therefore it's not quite top shelf but I think it really depends on the grower because my dispensary The Verdes Foundation in Albuquerque NM has their last batch testing at 29%thc1.0%cbd and all their strains consistently test in the high twenties with some even over 30% and in our state testing guidelines are very strict. New Mexico has the strictest testing in the US.

Great smooth taste. Will hit you between the eyes right of way. This strain has legs, so a little goes a long way. VERY GOOD
