Better than I ever expected. If you have anxiety of any levels, this is the strain to use! without even thinking about it, my mind warded off all negative thoughts and feelings during the high, and a long sense of relaxation and no stress sits in after the high. Smooth hits, and an interesting woody, spicy, earthy taste and aroma.
