One of my favorites. Taste is nice and gets you rippped!
Indica Dominant Hybrid - 70% Indica / 30% Sativa
THC: 17% - 27%, CBD: 1%Grand Daddy Purple is an indica dominant strain and is a cross between Big Bud and Purple Urkle. This blend explains why it has a complex berry and grape aroma while its nugs are oversized with a compact bud structure. The nugs are incredibly dense and fuzzy with deep purple hues that run throughout the buds. Additionally, the nugs are covered by orange hairs and contrast well with its resin-coated buds. What really sets this strain apart from the others is that it is easy to identify by the taste alone. Its taste lingers on the tongue for longer and will help you feel relaxed. The strain has a serious kick to it and its psychoactive effects are evidently detectable in both body and mind. It manages to deliver an overwhelming feeling of physical relaxation and cerebral euphoria. You will find yourself fixed in one spot while your thoughts float in a dreamy buzz for the duration of Grand Daddy Purple's effects. Just like any other indica dominant strain, it is primarily used for medical uses. The strain is quite effective for patients suffering from appetite loss, pain, insomnia, muscle spasms and stress.

Love the way it looks and tastes!!! Delicious. Great body high.
This is great for anxiety and if your mind is always racing..This is the stuff that works! I've been calm and relaxed and it's also great for sleep! No mind racing! :)
What everyone has said is true about effects. No doubt this strain is a target of counterfeits. Well grown its produces beautiful frosted buds. Its high is deeply relaxing to my mind including a few "lights out" moments to be stirred to realize I just lost 5 minutes. At the same time it numbs my pain of arthritis. Overall its a peaceful, pain free high that has respectable potency. There are other some recently developed strains that produce this type of medicinal high that exceed Grand Daddy Purps. However they are also expensive and hard to find. If you see this instead and don't want to come home empty it won't disappoint. Try to purchase from sources with good reputations and give the bud a hard look to avoid phonies.
One of my favorite medical strains for Pain and depression. It tastes great, and it is less filling!!!
GDP is an all-time favorite of mine and anyone one who appreciates good cannabis. She naturally produces copious amounts of anthocyanine, and many other flavanoids, flavonoids responsible for her purple coloring and grape, watermelon flavor(crop science 210). The total body numbing effect is great for mild pain relief and melts stress, turning a 'terrible, rotten, bad day' into a 'smile for no-reason kinda day'. The taste has been hard for people to describe but I am quite sure it is watermelon candy. I just bought a gram of concentrate from Cannabis and Glass made by Cannabis North West called Grand Daddy kush,(green pheno), and it tastes exactly like watermelon Jolly rancher. Killer strain.
Tremendous Classic with a solid but unimpressive lineage . I love it.... a fresh and zesty indica with a sharp, medical high. Truly tremendous flavor that is so soft and supple but can burn. A true classic. Something twice as potent couldn't outweight the need for this, the glory is in it's unique and blissful PROFILE of cannaboids. It's parents, do not impress me.
I have tried this strain. I think it’s pretty good. It works on my chronic pain and it is relaxing. I am from Altoona, pa. It is worth trying I think. Nice buds. I got this in Nature’s Medicine, State College, pa
Not the top of the scale but a good medical weed. This Indica has that full-body couch-lock stone that makes it difficult to concentrate on work or much of anything else. If you're a pain patient and just want to immobilize and stare at the TV, this is a good choice. The plants do turn purple when maturing but the color is mostly in the leaf, so you may not actually have purple buds.
Very relaxing! People notice it when I light it up. It turns heads when I light it in a social setting. GDP is my second choice compared to Forbidden Fruit. I like it in a pipe or grape white owls.
GDP everyone knows what it is and that's because its fucking incredible and always will be, I hate these hipsters that act like if the strain didn't come out recently its just old and not worth it.............anyway i am always a sucker for some granddaddy purp its so tasty and a great indica will always be a fav of mine.
Definitely purple look and taste. Very potent psychedelic strain. This strain is very Trippy to a novice and sleepy. If it’s your first year of vaping and edibles this is one of the most interesting. I don’t really like purple as much for day to day use though, I doubt I’ll get this one again any time soon. There gets to be a point in being a patient especially a recovering migraine patient where the minds visual capeabilities get as functional and controllable visually as an I-pad and just as entertaining, taking something more psychiadelic isn’t as appealing and seems more pointless.
My favorite strain that helps with my degenerative disc disease. It makes the day more bearable and I'm in able to function and have a productive day.
GDP is a well known name and I’m sure I’ve smoked many imatations. I recently got a nice batch from a buddy. The big dense nugs are impressive. The smell is very grape and fruity and the flavor is much the same with a strong gas at the end. My favorite part is that it’s a smooth smoke for a strong Indica. No coughing and hacking. Now if your looking for stronger flavor, Purple Kush is one of the best, but for a nice relax buzz and smooth smoke this or Purple dream will do the trick🤪!
Great smoke smells great tastes great and was a perfect strain for when I got home from work and needed to eat and sleep. The stress from the day seemed to melt away as I finished my dinner and fell asleep during a late night conversation with my girl she had to shake me a few times to wake me up. Perfect for all smokers especially those with appetite issues and sleep trouble pain issues so many uses for this one.
Nice and smooth and easy all day.
I just bought an 1/8 at Desert Bloom Re-Leaf in Tucson,AZ Sun grown Ana's GDP and it's amazing medicine!
On par with Captain's Cake for excellent Med and happy happy effects. In the rotation. Defeats pain from arthritis, erases stress and brings on body relaxation. A headache reliever as well. Enjoy
Tasty and relaxing
Just a heads up, this stuff is very unlikely to be purple for any natural reason. Apart from that, it's my favorite strain, an Indica custom-designed for my purposes with a high yield of THC and a bit more CBD than usual to balance it out. Very chill, very powerful. This one checks all the boxes.
Good indica. Strong. Nice color.
If you get the real Grand Daddy purp you will not be let down!!! I'v been smoking for 15 years plus and this strain is in my top 5.I love this stuff!!!
very good long lasting high. Was tired but couldn't sleep and this was just the ticket to ease my neck pain (5 surgeries worth) give me a nice euphoric high and lull me to sleep. Didn't keep me up thinking too much like some strains. Its like a nice liqueur after a good meal kinda high. Smell is amazing and as said before, one of the prettiest buds around. Stay safe, peace be with you always. Bdd
Great strain for sleep, without any doubt. That's exactly why I buy it. But I am pretty sure that there is very minimal CBD in this strain. Every other site I've checked shows it as 0.1-0.3% tops. So if you're looking for a CBD strain, I'd recommend Harlequin.
🍇🍬 Granddaddy Purple is a work of art. A marvelous Indica, highly praised and sought after for it's visual appeal and famous, dreamlike effects. Smelling as close to a grape as you can get, she is almost tempting enough to eat. The beautiful dense nugs are almost too pretty to grind. GDP will most likely put you on the couch, with an ear to ear grin. Amazing medical benefits for those in pain or stressed out. This classic strain is a must try for those looking for the perfect Indica!
Great high!! One of my favorites
I have had a hard time finding this strain in stock regularly. I have found a variety of qualities of this strain that are inferior and undesirable under any circumstance, giving Grand Daddy Purple a bad name, considering I know how great it can be. I am smoking some of this right now that is very weak THC content, It must be from an ancient clone or something. I am blazing through a half an ounce of this in about 5-10 days and have to smoke all day to keep any sort of a buzz going. I used to get this at The Nile in Venice Beach, CA, and it was amazing, I was only smoking a few grams here and there and didn't have a very big tolerance, and as a result they lasted a long time and it was a high that didn't include negatives like the munchies. They are now closed, and it is hard to find this strain in a quality that is worth purchasing at some of the cheaper locations. One place that had it in stock, made it look like the worst grown weed trash ancient and underdeveloped extra stemmy shake. The sales lady said she doesn't like it because it takes a lot of it to get high. I'm having that exact problem with it right now, even though i went to a different store.
Felt like I was smoking bud for the first time again since age 16

the best. I wish I lived near by ;(
Does leave a very nice lingering taste in the mouth in the creeper buzz is beautiful I really like this strain. thank you Alternative Therapies Group in Salem Massachusetts and hello to all you fellow tokers from the West Coast. Thank you for all your support it really helps us on this end of the country to know what strains do what thanks again peace out fellow tokers.
Strong, potent creeper that smells as nice as it looks. Gotta give it to the folks in the Emerald Triangle for creating this strain. It represents everything that Humboldt has stood for for decades; fat stanky nugs with a high that will make you want your mommy. This is one of my all-time favorite strains, I just wish more of the WA farms would do it justice...
The discription is exact as to the product. Hits hard at first but wait 15 minutes and pain, and nausea are gone. Very economical too. 2 hits did it.
Never a disappointment.
This strain is awesome, it truly takes pain away and helps with sleep
Got this at Old Toby in Chehalis, WA. See pictures and detailed reviews on my blog the Aging Ent's Tastings -- Brand: Dama Strain: Grand Daddy Purple Indica-dominant Hybrid -- Potency Analysis: TTL 22% THC 0% CBD 0% THCa 22% -- Cost: $15/gram -- I really like dama's weed. This is that deep purple, and frosty. One nug was slightly blonde, but otherwise all of it was this rich purple. -- it's a very unique combination. As soon as I smelled this I thought "BBQ Chicken!" It's spicy, woody with a bit of sweetness and I stand by that first whiff. -- This was woody and had some mild spice tastes, and an undernote of bland sweetness. Yes, bland sweet. There's no texture or shape or special characteristic of it. The exhale was carbony but faint. -- I was after a good shoulder-stress reducing and hip-arthritis easing high and that's exactly what I got. This got me calm and relaxed, I was heavy in the head. Eventually I fell asleep
This is a great product to share with someone you love..... It is an all natural and SunGrown in Eastern Washington State... Try it and let us know what you think...
