Purple Pound Cake Marijuana Strain

Indica Dominant Hybrid Strain Indica Dominant Hybrid 70% Indica / 30% Sativa

THC: 20%

Purple Pound Cake is an indica dominant hybrid strain (70% indica/30% sativa) created through crossing the powerful Sunset Sherbet X another unknown indica strain. Although its exact heritage isn't known due to a high level of breeder secrecy, this bud is also thought to be a member of the Purple family due to its gorgeous appearance. This bud has fat and fluffy grape-shaped olive green nugs with deep purple undertones, thin light orange hairs and a thick and frosty coating of tiny, purple-tinted white crystal trichomes. As you pull apart each sparkling little nugget, aromas of sour citrusy lime and spicy grapes are released. The flavor is on the sweeter side of things, with a fresh blueberry berry overtone accented by a punch of sour citrus and sharp lemon upon exhale. The Purple Pound Cake high isn't quite as vibrant, with soothing effects that will have you kicked back and relaxed in no time at all. It starts in the head with an instant cerebral boost, filling your mind with a hazy and tingly sense of happiness. This tingle will soon spread its warming tendrils throughout your entire body, lulling you into a deeply relaxed state that eventually ends in couchlock. In combination with its super high 20% + average THC level, these effects make Purple Pound Cake a great choice for treating headaches or migraines, chronic pain, cramps or muscle spasms and neuropathy.

I got a strain called “Purple Cake” I’m not sure if it’s close to this strain or not but it’s an amazing strain. Mine has olive shaped nugs that are dark green/purple in color and a deserty smell and taste and I get hints of pepper too. A heavy indica that leaves me a little spacey/focused all at the same time and helps with the nerve pain/pain and muscle spasms associated with my Multiple Sclerosis.
