SFV OG Marijuana Strain

Strong physical effects of being clumsy or un- coordinated. Like drinking too much. Sleepy. No euphoria or uplift. Sedation is the main effect.

While most heavy Indicas are pretty similar the SFV OG is very unique. It's a good head buzz and I would say only halfway couch lock. It has a spacey head buzz that you would get from Sativa but it's heavier and more mellow like an Indica should be. I only gave it 4 stars because while I liked it a lot I didn't love it as much as say a true couch locker like King Louie or OG Kush.

I'm really not a strain connoisseur by any stretch of the imagination. But here's my review: I normally prefer a straight Sativa or a hybrid that is Sativa dominant. I like strains that don't knock me back to couch potato status as I try to get myself up and off it. I have rheumatoid arthritis, a bum shoulder, and am in kidney failure on dialysis, adding in some depression and anxiety, because, hey, why not right? Anyway... this was recommended to me by the place I go to when I told them I was in so much pain today after clearing 30" od snow yesterday evening and today. I got home (after boohooing all the way home) and lit up immediately. YES! the flavor is good (I did cough) so I won't go into much more there as it's well described below. I will say as far as effects, this one is a LOT different than anything else I've tried over the many years I've partaken. I am feeling an awesome, mellow uplift and I've stopped boohooing and have started to laugh at myself again. I give this one 10 stars, well, if I could. I have to find a way to get more before it disappears from this area. I forgot to say: I was beginning to think I had somehow become immune to the effects of MJ -- this strain got me rethinkin' that.

One of the few good sativa-dominant OG strains, it is very lemony and piney with some gas and skunk notes.

It is very light piney tasting with no coughing. The high is very nice being a sativa dominant strain, but 19% average is average to me. I feel medicinal qualities in the strain that are different and relaxing indica elements. Worth 70 a quarter to me 😀 It has an it factor others don't have

Stoney high tastes pine like with a kush overtone couple bong hits and I was feeling happy and relaxed.

Hits you right way. Pretty intense feeling gets your heart pounding. Great wake and bake strain.

Girl scout cookie, grand-daddy purp, lemon skunk and this strain are the only 4 that i fu#$ with. This has a citrus/sweet taste to it, nice and smooth and delicous. It picks me up for a bit, then im couch locked 😃😃 its just great all around strain

I’ll oddly l, I’ve managed to pass this strain by over the years. Only a knit it in strains where it was crossed. Recently “Blackwater OG” - great strain (Mendo purps x SFV OG). Could feel the SFV. So picked up a gram from Select @ 89% / 94% total. Absolutely love it (and I’m mostly an indica smoker). Lends the best of both worlds. Not racy like some sativa or sativa dominant strains can be. Mentally a fun time, relaxing and one of the few strains that gets me laughing. It’s great by itself and imo, better when crossed with a decent indica. Like northern lights or Mendo, etc. One of my new top 5 strains at the moment.

Taste good. Good high good energy. Leaves you wanting more. Would buy again if I had the chance

A great cross! Smooth taste as most kush do, buzz instant but light on head (mello hi') feeling of an up and relief pain in lumbar. Have deterating disk/spine so I'm pain everyday. Especially work I do. Highly recommend to blaze!!

I began using SFV OG for several months now. Because I have lots of arthritis that's painful, I use this mixed w/other strains in the Volcano & wow! Pain is definitely better. SFV OG alone is fantastic, but sometimes I like blending the strains because it just feels naughty.:) SFV OG has helped me decrease my pain med-that's great! Overall excellent strain for day or night, smoking a raw cone of it and tho it is sativa dominate it's like a sativa with a twist of indica. Start feeling my eyes turning red as th ed head high starts creeping into a couch locking indica. I love it great strain! A must try

I must say this strain surprised me! I'm an indica preferred patient. Sativa typically causes headaches for me. I visited my local dispensary and they were out of all indica in my budget. I was very happy after medicating that the effect was not headache inducing at all. In fact I felt as if it were an indica dominate...I highly recommend SFV OG. I will definitely get this strain again

While it's very similar to normal OG kush, SFV OG is a totally different beast at the same time. It boasts powerful effects both mental and physical thanks to it's high THC content. It's quite a tasty strain perfect for those that love vaporizers, but smokes just as well. Be careful not to smoke too quickly unless your goal is to be incapacitated. SFV OG is quite a tasty strain like most of the OG family. It boasts a terpene profile somewhere between Fire OG and Tahoe OG, being fruity and citrusy but also quite piney and gassy as well. It's a great strain for dry herb vaporizers for terpene connoisseurs, and makes for a very flavorful concentrate as well. The nugs are quite dense owing to their OG heritage and can display quite a large array of different colors. SFV OG is definitely not to be taken lightly, especially for new users. While it's a very relaxing strain, smoking too much can quickly sedate you or cause panic attacks depending on your tolerance and experience with cannabis. That said, it's definitely a strain that all stoners should try at least once. Lovers of the other OG strains such as Fire OG will find this strain to be a wonderful experience.

This is my ADHD killer. After a few puffs of the SFV OG cartridge (by Culta in Maryland), I'm focused and ready to work. It doesn't hurt that it also gives me a burst of euphoria and energy. While the flower can be harsh to smoke (according to Leafly), the cartridge is smooth and delicious (sweet with a subtle creamy lemon).

Crazy about SFV OG!! I have severe PTSD & spinal nerve damage, this strain does an excellent job of bringing relief to both. I've used this in the afternoon & it's a nice head high while being relaxing. HA! HA! Stoned on SFG OG when I started writing this, I began by saying, "I, too, got an ounce of this because I'm over the moon, too." Then I saw the reviewer below me was -- lo and behold! Moi. Me. So that's what SFG OG can do to your head. I was having some shoulder pain today, and I just toked a bowl of this. Pain gone. Happiness is here. In these horrible US times, this is one strain that helps me get through. Others are Blissful Wizard and Cookies & Cream.

I just got an ounce of this because I'm over the moon about it. Last week, during a sciatica crisis, it was the only strain that completely took my pain away. I've just toked half a bowl now. Gradually your body begins almost to hum. I have this amazing buzzing - pleasant buzzing - sensation in the core of my lower back, which is the origin of my semi-chronic pain. I can still concentrate to write this and to read. Everyone responds a little differently to each strain. This one doesn't get quite 5 stars in Leafly, for example, but I'd give it 5-plus for sure. There's also a head spaciness, but pleasant. Again, you can think pretty well on this. Not quite as well as on Blissful Wizard, but BW is not for pain. This is.

I love this strain. Nice flavor before smoked & during blaze session. Also reminds me of the video game GTA San Andreas. Go pick this strain up its definitely a pleasure

Good strain, tried this one in the bay area after the hype. little late to the game but i really enjoy this strain. really good mixer to smoke with a nice strong indica dominant strain.

I'm not a big indica or kush fan in general, but SFV OG is a real winner. Nice tasting smoke, really chill vibe with pretty strong euphoria. Pretty much checks all the boxes for me. I'd take this over OG Kush any day.

Good taste, good smell, good high!!

So far, I've only had a small sample of this strain, but it is going to be my go to for the foreseeable future. It quickly ends my nerve pain (from chemotherapy) and I'm ready to get on with my day. There's a little spaciness, but my IQ remains in tact, and I can accomplish what I need to do during the day. And I can get through a long day at work, or a walk to the ocean, or visits with friends, or out running errands. It gets my vote (based on a very small sample) elnesq

as i like to say this bud truly is a heroin in disguise haha....... its a raging high blood feels like its trying to escape from my veins you know what i mean haha its a dark high it crawls up youre back like a demon and the high sets in and then the seizures come and the sweating is uncontrollable.. definitely a bud to smoke before work or a nice drive

Decent if I'm in the mood for a heavy kush. Tried it with oc pharm carts based on the clear with either flavor added back or full terp profile. This is a a full terp strain. These also test @ 84%-94%. Strongest cart out there, less autodabber. I noted this, as my experience is going to be a bit different. I tend to not care much for the kush strains less a few; plat. Bubba, kosher kush, blackberry kush. Beyond that, I find it not that enjoyable in say GSC. Thus, not a fan of the popular strain. Lastly, all similar but with differences - Imo, sfvog is the top of the - og kush, Triangle, etc.
