Indica Dominant Hybrid - 60% Indica / 40% Sativa
THC: 19%Sour Urkle is a slightly indica dominant hybrid (60% indica/40% sativa) strain created through a cross of the infamous Sour Diesel X Purple Urkle strains. This celebrity child's exact indica to sativa ratio varies based on breeder practices, although it has been measured as having a moderate THC level of up to 19%. The Sour Urkle high said to be a flawless fusion of both its parents' highs, with a cerebral rushing onset and powerful creeping body effects. The high hits you hard and almost immediately after toking with an uplifting euphoric onset that leaves you slightly energized with a mild motivation that is not overwhelming for even the most inexperienced of users. This head high is accompanied by a mild warming body buzz that serves to relax every muscle in your body, relieving any tension or pain you may be experiencing. Because of these effects and its relatively short potency, Sour Urkle is said to be perfect for treating conditions such as chronic pain, inflammation, chronic stress or anxiety, and mild cases of depression. Sour Urkle has a crazy delicious aroma of sweet and sour diesel with a pungent skunky berry aftertaste and a taste of skunky sweet berry with a pungent sour diesel aftertaste. Sour Urkle buds have medium-sized super dense dark olive green grape-shaped nugs with rich purple undertones, dark purple and green leaves, purple leaves, and a sticky visible layer of sweet syrupy resin.

I tried this strain from VWC and the Pink Lemonade at the same time. Both had a similar aftertaste, which I speculate means they either dry them together (causes taste and odor bleed over) or they are a little too liberal with the chemicals (Neem oil is honestly what I thought I tasted). I thought the Sour Urkle had a botanical smell and taste that reminded me of potpourri, the bud itself seemed overripe, I am seeing a pattern with this farm (to over-ripen is very commonplace in the industry, most producers are in it for quantity and not necessarily quality. This is what I think VWC is shooting for, a decent smoke that they can get as much out of as possible. This means they will never be top shelf for me (although they seem to be on most). As long as quality comes 2nd then the price should reflect that. A good $10/gram or less, any more than that and I am sure you can find something better (even on a lower shelf).
Sour Urkle is Da BOMB!
This was a nice mellow smoke, the aroma reminded me of a potpourri and the flavor did carry a botanical taste. My Wife really enjoyed this, I still like the parent strains a bit more (sour D). Nicely done by the farm, I wouldn't pay some of these shops prices for it though... If you can find it for around $30/ eighth then grab a sack and enjoy, but I have seen some shops asking $45+ and that is just ridiculous...
This Sour Urkle was one of the prettiest buds ive seen. It was covered in crystals and very colorful with pinks and purples. It has a skunky melon smell and a good taste. Smoke was smoth and the high was stronger than i expected from 16%. It was by Vancouver Weed Company great job guys keep it up.
