Blueberry Cough Marijuana Strain

Indica Strain Indica

THC: 15%

Though not as well known as its rumored parents, Blueberry and Strawberry Cough, Blueberry Cough is nonetheless a pleasant choice for medical use. It isn't nearly as powerful as either of those two strains, with THC levels hovering around 15% in available tests. In some batches potency is much lower, so this isn't a great choice for couch-lock or mental obliteration. The genetics lean toward sativa, but Blueberry Cough got plenty of indica too: Blueberry is a near-pure indica while Strawberry Cough is a near-pure sativa. The taste is allegedly quite smooth, with a subtle aroma, but there are few reports regarding the taste or smell of this rather rare strain. The same goes for medical uses; as a sativa, it may be helpful with depression, mood disorders, and anxiety, but otherwise not much is known. The effects are probably sativa-heavy, but expect plenty of influence from the indica genes as well. That means a high that's likely split between both body and mind. Side effects aren't widely reported, but dry eyes and cottonmouth are likely. Like its parents, Blueberry Cough is probably found mostly on the West Coast, though it may also appear in Colorado, Michigan, and Canada. It's not unheard of on the black market, either.

Hey there Guys, I am so pleased to read all your reviews. This was actually a genetic that I started breeding in Northern AZ back in 2012. It all started with a Blueberry clone that a friend gave me in 2007. It had a really nice blueberry pancakes smell to it and definitely sent me deep into the couch. After a while I crossed it with a very strong Master Kush that made it super heavy on the sedative side. I ran this genetic for a few years and back crossed it a few times. In about 2010 a good friend gave me a Strawberry Cough clone that had the sweetest smell and a very active and alert high. It was a bit to cerebral for me and so I pollinated it with the pollen of my Blueberry X Master Kush to create the first seeds of Blueberry cough. Many of the seeds came out similar in effects to the Strawberry cough and so I back crossed it with the Blueberry X Master Kush again and loved how the phenotypes came out. Many of the seeds produced from that were similar in growth traits and effects. Many "sativa" dominant genetics gave me severe anxiety and many of the "indica" genetics made me too unproductive. This genetic helped calm me down but still maintained a level of alertness and creativity. I brought this genetic into High Mountain Health in Flagstaff and is still cultivated there today. Stoked you enjoy it!

I was pleasantly surprised by the unknown to me strain..it had a unique effect..not too highed up to function but definitely buzzed. Lasted a long time too..stress was non existent. Pain was reduced to bareable level. No munchies. Dry eye and cottonmouth for sure. I really enjoyed this strain.

I'm in PHX and this bud stank up the entire dispensary. I asked which bud was creating this fruity-funk odor and he pulled out a jar of this. The odor both smoked or not was very heavy, like smoking blueberry skunk mixed with church incense. The high was goofy, laughy silly even causes arousal lol! I'd say 15% is a low assessment. I'd say it's up near 19% to 21% coming from a chronic medical smoker for over a decade. It can be daytime or if you get too ripped you'll pass out Amnesia style.

I dropped off a full harvest of outdoor off season blue dream in Arizona and called it blueberry cough because it was harsh from drying /curing too fast in May heat instead of November regular season style, anyway I am sorry and will never do it again, but yeah, thats off season blue dream that needed a nickname, my bad yall

I live PHX AZ,blueberry cough not seen alot ,if at all!! Tastes just like blueberry..two good hits and ten min later,, I got stupid and I've been smoking 50 yrs!!!!! KICK ASS STRAIN,HELPED WITH ALL MY MED. NEEDS..KEEP THIS SHIT IN PHX.I'LL BUY IT ALL!!!!!!

one of the best strains ive ever had: euphoric, great tasting, and arguably for day or night use

blueberry cough comes out with a huge blueberry flavor, pretty much in the middle for the hybrids with an ever-so-slight inclination towards the indica.

Very heavy sativa influence , caused a little anxiety even , tasted good but not fruity like supposed parents more cool almost minty with a slightly green aftertaste(maybe spinach). With a little prep you shouldn't have any paranoia but it's definitely possible with the phenotype I got . HGH in flagstaff was the medical distribution point I used . I'd say 15% THC sounds low for what I tried but it could have been higher in other cannabinoids , I know they sell there's as top shelf so it's no slouch .

Super dank, smells insanely good, smokes smooth and the high is great. Definatly a sativa.
