Black Cherry Soda is a sativa dominant strain with a 20:80 indica/sativa ratio. Looking at the buds, you will come to realize this is what a beautiful strain should look like in the first place. It is incredibly tempting. You will have to see it to believe it, as a picture will never do any justice to the strain and what it has to offer. The buds are incredibly dense and are covered by tiny crystals and orange hairs creeping through. Additionally, you will notice hues of purple that mix well with shades of light green. It has a very unique berry smell and is quite similar to Blue Dream in this regard. As for the taste, it is no different from its scent. The strain has a very uplifting high, it is quite potent, but that should not frighten you from giving it a try. The high starts from the back of your head and makes its way to the back of your ears. Black Cherry Soda offers a cerebral experience unlike any other. A few more hits and you will feel the high setting in on your shoulders. It has an amazing upper body tingle that packs quite a punch. That being said, the strain is incredibly effective for treating various conditions like depression, anxiety and even stress.

Picked up 3.5g of this, grown by The Happy Crowd. Definitely a tighter, less resinous bud than some of the others I'm used to smoking, but not dry. It grinds well, seems to have added a nice little layer to my kief catcher, and smokes well through a cheap bong. The smell was sweet and earthy, with a berry background and a sharp, fizzy little soda note at the front. The taste is sweet and soda-ish. The first thing that I noticed was the headache I'd been nursing for several hours disappeared, and my jaw stopped aching, as all of my muscles relaxed just enough to stop straining, without locking me to the couch or making movement difficult. I spent the morning cleaning and vacuuming, moving furniture around, bending and straightening, etc.; so I was sore all over, and just one small bowl has really knocked all of that soreness off. Then the hunger hit. I'd recommend Bcs for pain relief patients who want to stay clear-headed and active. If you're looking for something to spark the creative process, though, you probably want to look elsewhere. I just wish I could get a stronger high off of it.

amazing...took a while to kick in....but it did.....nicely.......It is different looking for sure. I like the taste. I have smoked about 100 plus strains in the last year. Does it stand out? yes its a different high that is hard to describe......I got mine from main street in vancouver at a whopping 32% thc total.....for $15 2G from spark(outdoor)life gardens. I cant wait to try some indoor of this strain.
