Chocolope Marijuana Strain

Tried in shatter. Effects for me were more creative forward with a slight boost in energy. Got a party to go to? Hangout session with friends? Or maybe it's Sunday dinner with the boomers (mom and dad). Perhaps you load this one up to help with those times. For the short review this makes it a good strain for social engagements but your mileage may vary. Flavors? Yeah, not too bad. Not my tempo though, mostly generic. I agree with the assessment of a sweet & vanilla being noticed but chocolate and coffee were absent. I have tasted coco (never coffee) in cannabis before, and it was only noticed while vaporizing flower. Including the sweet and vanilla I noticed more earthy flavors which are typical of cannabis. For this I find it just generic in that category. However, you're not using cannabis for it's flavors ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°). Good strain, not outstanding. As mentioned I think if you're a snob it may be a good social strain to keep on hand for those social engagements but that's for you to decide.

Cannabis is such a fascinating plant: imagine berry infused chocolate Necco wafers (I just think that's so fucken cool!) and you've struck upon the strain Chocolope. It's a pretty flower too: dark greens, darkly burnt orange hairs, white crystals jizzin' everywhere. Vaporized, it gave me a nice uplifted-ness that lasted for about two hours. Toked, it gave me a nice uplifted-ness that lasted for about an hour and a half but I noticed a strong desire to take a nap soon afterward; that was different from the vaping experience. I caught the munchies for about a minute and Chocolope seems to have little if any analgesic qualities to boast about. I'm not experiencing any blasting euphoria and this batch can hardly be said to resemble anything close to a psychedelic. Even when I vaped it, it was still just "okay, I'm high but so fucking what?" It's a mid-shelf smoke, in my dumb opinion, so 3 stars, dewds . . .

Besides being some of the most delicious weed I've ever tasted Is also quite a hallucinogenic sativa.

Its not strong, weed for beginers and girls. Nothing special

The description is very accurate. Can't stress enough though that this REALLY isn't a smoke for a numbie. It's got a big rush and is rather trippy in larger doses yet, all the time, still very relaxing... still, oomph! Such a good strain!

Great for Anxiety that’s a fact! The smell is Unique to Chocolope that’s another fact 😂 it taste nothing like it smells it taste dank and kinda what chocolate would taste like but more Smokey hard to Describe and alittle earthy. It’s great 👍🏻 and they high is cerebral and calming but doesn’t make you sleepy , makes you feel like you can do,will say chores without feeling as if you don’t want to

Chocolope by Gabriel here in Washington State is some of the best weed Ive smoked.... PERIOD! But I will not buy it from any other grower... again, not all growers are created equal, so make sure what the heck you are buying... I read reviews saying this weed was shit, well, I think it was the grower not the plant... Peace

I love this strain so much! I grew my first successful pot plant last summer from a Chocolope seed I bought overseas. I built a 2'x2' x6' stall since these sativas purportedly grow tall. However, I cropped the hell out of her not long after planting her in a 12" pot. The cropping caused severe stunted growth, she never got bigger than 2 ft tall! But I got 6 good bud sites with no center stem. This is the ideal "canopy" top. Consequently, all 6 bud sites received a good amount of light. She ended up looking like a menorrah candle with no middle candle. The harvest was only 2 oz. But this weed is so sweet! After smoking only one bowl (1/16th - 1/8th - x tsp) I feel the high within 2-3 minutes. If I smoke any more at once, it's overkill (i.e. nervousness) and a waste of weed. Then I get very excited and talkative. Listening to music is a real pleasure. This lasts for at least 1-1/2 hrs. at which time I can still function. With indica strains, this is not the case. Another effect is the creative energy bursts that come as much as a few hours after smoking a bowl. I have already cut my hair a few times very successfully. I will not spend $40 on the salon again. It looks better when I do it after smoking.

The review was spot. This stuff gave me the munchies really bad. I must've had like 4 bags of popcorn like an idiot. The taste is like espresso. The effect was pretty vivid, but I felt like every 10 seconds I was focusing on something that wasnt what I was previously focusing on 10 seconds earlier. This is a total behind the eyes kindve buzz. Classic mj effect with this strain.

This cultivar description is not bad & there's nothing terribly wrong with it. But there's no genetic history or lineage listed for this spectacular strain. Some of the reviews contain some misleading info as well. For instance, I've seen folks stating "chocolope is good for beginner level smokers". Chocolope has been on my list of top 10 favorite cuts for years and I can tell you: Chocolope is N O T for beginners - don't be fooled by the seemingly lower THC content. The only beginners whom will enjoy Chocolope are the ones whom aren't prone to anxiety caused by paranoia. The only thing better than the flavor of this chocolatey, coffee-like cultivar is it's motivational abilities. It has what I like to refer to as "Go-fast" or "Ultra-Pep". Hit this powerhouse 3 or 4 times, but make sure your cleaning supplies are stocked-up because you're likely to clean house. Any herb which rushes you like that- and keeps you rushed- is likey to cause paranoia which many find uncomfortable. Other than the anxiety and cottonmouth caused by Chocolope, there's nothing to complain about. The positive mood & attitude one experiences during a sesh with these delicious and dense nugs comes from its legendary parentage: Chocolate Thai × Cannalope Haze. I highly recommend this captivating cultivar to sativa lovers. Gabriel Cannabis offers the finest Chocolope I've ever enjoyed - in case you might be looking for it in WA state. Cheers!

Got mine ( 16.1 % thc ) from my LP ..Whistler Medical Cannabis ... was 100% sativa.. bought it cuz curious obviously not for thc content... flavour incredible and had momentary feeling of amazement but was fleeting as head buzz lasted 20min...good for beginners and flavour makes it worth it as a one off buy

I've been using Chocolope in plant and vape form for almost three years. I have high standards and this met the test! I use it for recurring neck and lower back pain and for a nice head buzz. The dispensary recommended it when I asked for a strain that doesn't make me hungry. Works most of the time. Tried many other strains but ALWAYS go back to this. Ranks 5 star just above Sugar Black Rose.

One of the best I’ve tried. A legend in itself, like green crack, or sour diesel. I cannot describe it better than what has already been said. It tastes like chocolate. It is a great wake and bake strain. It gets you motivated, and carriers thru for hours on end, with a subtle come down effect. It’s definitely a strain you need to try. There is no comparison.

have only tried this as shatter, I really didn't care for it at all. I guess I get where some would but to me it was just no beuno, it did taste very good though. Nothing special imo.

I live in Maine and my caregiver started growing Chocolope and he gave me an eighth to try. I only vaporize at home on my Extreme Q and I will say that the chocolaty aroma mixed with an earthy aroma. Tastes so great to vape a couple of balloons, and the relaxing, couch locking effects are great! I wish I could afford a Pax 2/3 or a Mighty so I would be able to try and walk as my doctor suggests for my age. But I asked him to buy me a vape.................He laughed, of course!! Chocolope tastes unique. Is it chocolate or coffee that I'm tasting? It's not exactly a sweet flavour, it's a tad earthy with a hint of underlying perfume. I love the taste! Kinda felt a little like I was back in the 80's again. Which is a good thing. What could be better for an afternoon strain than a Thai & Haze cross? I felt myself mentally shifting into happy n' high gear immediately as soon as I started smoking it. Never felt any anxiety which sometimes happens to me when I try a sativa for the first time. Slight dry mouth, but no other negative side effects. Chocolope left me enjoying the music and ready to tackle things head on. I would have preferred if the effects lasted longer.

This is 1 of my all time favorites as of now! Grade A++! 🤗😇

The only thing I found special about this strain was it’s very low cbd .01. It’s middle of the road thc levels, and almost no terpines. I was just a little disappointed with this one, the idea of chocolate weed in-and-of-itself is pretty cool but, the avb cookies weren’t great. The lineage cross strains that make up this strain looks tastier than this end product turned out.

I give Chocolope a big thumbs up great for stimulating you mood but has anyone else experienced slight fatigued from being stoned from it?

Might be the best (or one of) sativa's i've ever had. Try with a few friends and laugh and talk and sail away together. This strain is sativa fire.

Definitely one of the best I've ever tried... Gets you VERY high and somewhat bouncy, perfect for sharing.

I love how motivated I feel. The head buzz is light but lasts for hours. Once you are ready to finally relax, just sit and chill mode will kick in. Love it, best of both worlds!

I'm presently the proud owner of a small (and getting smaller) amount of this. I am strictly sativa. Don't care for the couch-lock scene.This is by far the best sativa I've ever had. Love this stuff.
