70/30 is right. I'd recommend the strain for waking & baking and then doing some activity afterwards. A bit too energising for sitting and working. Give you some anxiety.

Unbelievable for pain, suffering from A shoulder impingement/rotator cuff syndrome/tendinitis for months, one puff and it is completely knocked out! Not to mention amazingly uplifting. Might be a little strong for beginners but well worth it if you have pain.
