I would definitely recommend it has a delightful taste not harsh at all to smoke buds are beautiful has a vanilla mixed with passion fruit and/or berries no gas after taste just mellow smoke. Gave me energy to begin with but come down you feel indica affects and want to eat or sleep have had both happen..enjoy
