Purple Trainwreck has a spicy and fruity flavor and is a cross between Trainwreck and Granddaddy Purple. It has an 18 percent THC level and has a leafy appearance that is deep green in color with traces of purple. It has a spicy aroma that is similar to that of Trainwreck with hints of lemon and berries that create a very sweet and pungent aroma. Its flavor is sweet with a sour hint of lemon in places. The purple buds of this strain look very pleasing. Purple Trainwreck has powerful, euphoric effects on your system that take quite a long while to completely dissipate. It is a Sativa dominant strain, which is clear due to the strong Sativa high produced by it. Its smoke is clean and feels good. The strain calms your nerves and is excellent for alleviating all symptoms of anxiety and depression. You also tend to feel sleepy after smoking it, which is why it is a good solution for insomnia as well. You can also get relief from migraines and other chronic pains by using Purple Trainwreck. I am an experienced smoker, trying Purple Trainwreck. It is very resinous, potent, psychedelic, euphoric with plenty of the sensory effects that sativas are known for. I've never seen pot this purple and I've tried many MANY, did I say MANY purple strains. Purplebreds. this is Very green to dark purple and almost black! with crystal. Yes, I said black. no in between. powerful -not a beginner strain whatsoever. Prefer this over GDP, but if going for a Sativa it will be Trainwreck ove Purple Trainwreck. To me, Trainwreck is nearly a perfect strain if looking very Sativa dominant. I am partial to hybrids so this gets the nod!

I have oil made from this bud. It is a nice even high, very clear headed but if you take one too many dabs it will wreck you. Good to take a dab in the morning to get a nice euphoric start to the day. I find it best at the end of the day as a dinner time oil. Great for relaxing after a long day of work. It is also great when just hanging out with friends having some beers at the lake.
