Very heavy high the body high is nice if that what your looking for! The taste is very sweet smooth cake berry taste! For me definitely a strain that means screw it for a few reasons one bc you can’t go wrong with it and another bc after it’s sits a bit you’ll be saying screw anything that takes effort! Top 3 for me!
just grabbed concentrate.. a 40/G of Gelato Cake from District Columbia, i was happy with the badder consistency, it was a bit more juicy than some badders having 11% terps but it sure was tasty. On scent i got a lot of cakey, earthy, and some uplifting berry like notes on the smell and the taste but the taste is more complex and distinct having some vanilla and def pine/lemon notes coming out stronger. at higher temps you'll feel that smack but this headchange is more of a creeper and before you know it will leave you with a very relaxed stoney feeling, depending on temp of dab i can either be locked into something for hours pain free or it can knock me out and make me take a nap.. i could see this being great for people that need to eat, pain relief, sleep, anxiety relief.. its overall a great headchange but doesnt offer me much energy at all so plan on just watching a movie or hanging out with the animals.
Definitely a relaxing strain,but the genetics at the top are off a bit,it's Gelato #33 x Birthday cake,which is Cherry Cookies,but this was posted when they still had the other wedding cake which was Cherry Pie x Cookies,which is the Jungle Boyz version,but gelato cake has a l low rating just like many other🔥,strains with a plethora of medical benefits and mental health benefits
I tried this strain after finding that my go time “time of the month” strain (cherry cookies) was impossible to come by in my area. I am so glad I did. The body high isn’t overpowering like ice cream cake is so I can function a bit but it helps so much with cramping, headaches, insomnia, nausea and mood. Definitely an evening/night time strain. It tastes and smells amazing too!
I’m very pleased with this strain. It helps with my chronic pain, anxiety and insomnia. For me, it’s a night-time strain only. Not readily available in dispensaries in the DC area. I’m sure going to be to grabbing some of this when it hits my dispensary
I highly recommend this strain for people with insomnia and just need to relax and enjoy life🔥
Sweet evening strain ... tasted amazing, bud crept up on me, so I was a little HIGH for a few mins but not too uncomfortable. After the heavy wore off I was very chill, yet social, felt no pain, no anxiety, blood pressure decreased. This is worth the try :-)
I actually prefer this to the gelato alone, as the mental focus was unexpected & the instant euphoria powerful if brief. I consumed the thc vape oil version & wax.
