I had this strain on my wish list for months before I got my medical card in MD, and boy was it worth the wait! The THC for the batch I got clocks in at a whopping 30.7%. One solid hit has my body relaxed and tingling, and I swear I have more profound thoughts when I'm high on Kashmir Black #3, but articulating them is difficult bc your short term memory gets kinda fucked haha I would also add that arousal is a side effect I experience frequently with this strain. Have yet to try this out with a partner, but I absolutely feel the blood rush to certain sensitive spots. 10/10 would recommend for the indica lover. If you're a medical card holder, you can get it at Takoma Wellness Center in DC for $70/eighth.
