OG Kush Marijuana Strain

Sativa Dominant Hybrid Strain Sativa Dominant Hybrid 55% Sativa / 45% Indica

THC: 20% - 26%, CBN: 1%

OG Kush, also known as “OGK,” is a slightly sativa dominant hybrid strain (55% sativa/45% indica) with unknown parentage due to breeder secrecy, although it is thought to be a cross of the iconic Chemdawg X Hindu Kush strains. Probably the most famous strain in the world of medicinal marijuana, OG Kush is the perfect hybrid for any indica or sativa lover. It starts almost as soon as you exhale, filling your brain with an uplifted sense of unfocused happiness and ease. You'll find yourself feeling sociable and outgoing, chatting with anyone and everyone around you, although you may fall in and out of fits of the giggles at times. A pang of hunger comes next, leaving you with a heavy case of the munchies and reaching for anything in sight to snack on. Combined with its high 20-26% average THC level, these effects make OG Kush a great choice for treating those suffering from conditions such as chronic stress or anxiety, mood swings or depression, appetite loss or nausea and migraines or headaches. This bud has a classic sour citrusy flavor with hints of woody pine. The aroma is very similar, with a spicy kushy overtone that's accented by sour citrus, woody pine and pungent dank. OG Kush buds have fat grape-shaped forest green nugs with long, thin orange hairs, golden undertones and a coating of tiny, golden-white crystal trichomes.

I must have had a variation of OG Kush that I thought was the actual original.. it was skunky, a vibrant green, and heavy behind the eyes..stoney nasal area .. pineal gland resonating… this one I have looks and feels completely different.. it is super fluffy, light mossy green, scoured in tiny trichs and patches of cakey trichs at the tip of the cone shaped buds.. suuuuuper sticky and easily compress-able.. not at all impressive in smell or taste.. however..the psychoactive effects of this strain it states its claim to fame..if you are really anxious naturally or easily paranoid smoker you may want to take caution because it is extremely cerebral.. being an almost perfect hybrid, i find myself content to stay in my chair and listen to people have a conversation without feeling the need to engage..but If I had to, I felt that it would be a positive interaction..when I close my eyes on this one I can remote view myself very easily.. good floaty and spacey headie.. i wouldn't call it a stone, but an overwhelming feeling of comfort without the laziness.. if that makes sense.. I am the type that needs to have a variety of strains on hand, I can add this one on the menu to enhance any mix without any headaches so thats a good sign..

When it comes to cannabis, I'm not looking for a sleep-aid; I don't want to get couch-locked; and, I'm not looking for body highs specifically. Instead, I want to get euphorically stoned. I put this sucka in my dry herb vaporizer and minutes later, OG Kush lifted my spirits. Objects in my room took on a sheen. I noticed that my cares slipped away and so did my anxieties. Packed up another bowl about an hour or two later, and was rocket-shipped to the moon. Thank you, Planet Earth, for this wonderful plant.

One of the Greatest Strains on the Market Just Finished Growing and harvesting one The Smell Of lemon Pine is so great! The Buzz Is nice it great for relaxing, Id smoke this strain closer to the evening cuz it hits you like a ton of brinks great for PTSD

The basis for this rating is not because this strain is not effective. It is entirely because of its effects. If you are "sativa sensitive" like myself, this one can send your thoughts to places you may not intend. I wen from a totally chill mood late on beautiful summers day, to being anxious that I would never be able to hold a cogent thought in my head ever again. all the while plagued with the couch lock not to be able to do anything about it. This is way more effective than folks understand. Tread cautiously. Also keep in mind that the THC content alone is not where this effect comes from. Be mindful of the strains you take, and what is good for you individually.

This is the strain I've been looking for. Classic stoney high like I remember from back in the 1990s. I knew OG Kush by reputation and finally saw it available in Florida dispensaries, so I had to try it. It was pricey, the buds were small and not as pretty as a lot of other strains, and it smelled like dirt and grass. I was not impressed, but unlike the over-dried crumble-bud you usually get in FL, at least this shit was actually sticky. The high is where this strain really shines, and isn't that really the most important? It's stimulating and uplifting and cerebral, while also being very relaxing. You feel stoned. Pain relief is good, too. It doesn't exactly give you couch-lock, but it's probably best as an evening strain. It's the perfect smoke for getting really into a movie or game, or working on your projects if you're the creative/maker type. This is my new favorite strain. bought at: Fluent Jacksonville, FL

Very intense high that lasts for a long time and can be boosted. Stock the fridge for this one.

Been smoking for quite some time and I know this strain is my personal number one 1! It would seem like the creator of the strain made it for me.

My third favorite strain ever. I love everything about this one, the smell, the taste, bud structure, the high. I tried it back in the day for the first time and it became a go-to for a while but then it disappeared around here. Once it became legal though, it started popping up in dispensaries all over, and I remembered why I loved it so much once I bought some. This one's perfect for a rainy day at home with nothing to do except get stoned and play some Xbox. It'll help knock you out too if you have insomnia. Boosts your appetite and your mood too. Not for rooks.

I'm a lil bit confused,I bought two of it so far and don't know which one is the good one. The first one smelled very piney with almost lemon and earthy and some sweet, I wasn't sure about the effect though, cuz I've been hella disappointed lately with a california kush that was very piney ( it was like smelling straight pine sap or freshly cut pine cone)but the taste was very different, the Cali kush tasted more piney while the Og was earthy and lemony, andit hit me way harder, with an unique effect, I was floating, this was the first time it had happened to me, I've always felt the heaviness of the indica so far. The second one though, was different, like very earthy and sweet with a bit a of citrus, but no pine aroma, same for the taste, and the effect was heavy with euphoric mood, with this one I didn't want to move at all, while the other made me a bit motivated and it was pleasant to walk as I was floating. Both were crunchy and sticky, well cured, at that day I was the happiest man in the world.

I found OG Kush to be just ok. It made me hungry and also a little happy with some energy and a mild body high.
