Had to pay bit extra for q of this but for the taste alone it’s worth it you taste the cake and the gelato on inhale but sweet lemon on the exhale lingering in your mouth. The effect is just bliss,pain gone instantly and relaxation kicks in but not completely leaving you able to continue your day. If you haven’t tried it I would highly recommend ✌️
