The high took about 15 - 20 minutes to take effect after smoking close to 1/2 a 1g king palm roll. The effects were mild. Munchies followed quickly. Smoked remaining joint. Full effect took about another 15 minutes and intensified for an hour after. Strong head high at full effect. The body effects are relaxing and help ease muscle aches. Mellowed out with some minor couch lock and apathy towards starting new tasks.
