Purple Pig, also known as “The Purple Pig,” is an indica dominant hybrid strain (70% indica/30% sativa) created through crossing the potent The HOG X Chitral strains. Named for its gorgeous appearance and celebrity parentage, Purple Pig is the perfect giddy, giggly bud to put a smile on your face at the end of a stressful day. This bud has beautifully piecey, spade-shaped forest green nugs with deep purple undertones, thin orange hairs and a frosty coating of tiny, purple-tinted white crystal trichomes. As you pull apart each sparkling little purple nugget, aromas of sour, citrusy lemons, fruity pears and sugary grapes are released. The aroma is very similar, although it has an interesting twist with hints of freshly mixed herbal cheese to it, too. The Purple Pig high will hit you with a quick burst of mental effects while creeping into the body over time. You'll feel instantly happy and lifted, filled to the brim with giddy sociability and laughter that will have you uncontrollably giggling for literally no reason at all. A tingly body high comes next, slowly sinking into your limbs before locking you down to the couch with a heavy potency.
