i suffer from severe arthritis in my hands and nothing i take seems to ease the pain. this strain absolutely nullifies the pain i experience from my arthritis. for me, sweet cake is mellow + sedative and really helps with all of my ailments - mental and physical. really love this one, about mid-sesh anything troubling me seems to just melt away and everything is bliss. so... stop aching ~ start baking
