Triple cheese hummm must say yea very cheesy/heady feeling in my temples relaxing running down my shoulders. As for pain relief well I’m still feeling my back spasms and I must say as I enjoy more of da 3x🧀 I’m coming to the I don’t give a 💩 about my pain no more. So try for yourself this was a super buy and I would say it was good. I might try again but with more thc. Smoked a little in flower form.
