AK-47 Marijuana Strain

One of my favorite strains, nice and mellow for a Sativa dominant without any couch lock. I find this strain gives me quite a ‘trippy’ or ‘psychedelic’ headspace, which I haven’t noticed in any other strains, takes me to a very nice place. I also suffer from anxiety, ak-47 won’t exacerbate this for any fellow anxious tokers out there, the supposed 35% Indica does its job nicely, just mellowing out the more Sativa effects without making me lazy or sleepy, great all day smoke all round, and it won’t keep you up either 👍

Another one of my favorite strains, the taste and smell of bud are just perfect.

This is my favourite strain that hasn't got as much power I normally prefer high thc buds but this is a nice tasty smoke with a nice high

THC alone does not matter, the unknowns and the Earthy Terpenes makes this strain quite relaxing. I wish I could get some more!

One of the strongest buds I’ve tried… Regardless of the THC percentage, I first tried it in Amsterdam at the bluebird lounge café… A couple bong hits later and I fell off my chair with laughter… Because I was so ridiculously stoned… And then I walked around the city with my new friend for hours… AK-47, on the menu it said slam Bam thank you ma’am… One hit wonder… Knocks you out… A great day.

depends on when you harvest. I tend to let it go longer to get a little more of the relaxing indica effects that go along nicely with this strains natural sativa dominant traits....creative,happy and still relaxing like your just floating through your day...If you cut it earlier you'll get more of that energetic high that can have you're mind racing for an hour or so

This is one of the most energizing strains I have ever had in 40+ years of smoking. Love it in the morning. Not recomended close to bedtime..

Had four big puffs from a joint and felt nothing. I almost always feel it right away in my eyes, but not today. Got distracted for a few minutes and the buzz came on so gradually I wasn't initially aware of how lifted I was feeling. Now, I’m an hour in, feeling mellow, inspired and creative.This particular batch of AK47 is island grown. With lots of shiny crystals. The taste was slightly earthy but mostly sweet. Which was a nice combination. The smoke was light with no burn in my mouth. The effects were uplifting, my mind cleared and it gave me energy. Right now I’m feeling happy; content. What a great choice for a productive afternoon strain or as a gentle wind down after a stressful day.

Had this 3 years ago at a remote cabin in upstate NY My initial thought was that cannabis could help my neuro problems. And it sure did. It was however a day time strain for me. Having some in the middle of the night left me with zero pain in my head, but haha.... problems sleeping as my brain was happy and couldn't stop thinking. If you wanna toss around a football in your yard, frisbee, or fishing rod... this could be your jam.

Very good strain. Had this strain years ago. Very strong flavor when smoked. Strong cerebral high at first but even stronger couch lock effect once it sits on you. Fire ass flower AK-47 is real.. It will shoot your face off

Amazing Strain for pain

Never tried this new Columbian gold, doesn't look like the old all yellow bud from the wild 70's - 80's. Smoked all thru 70's - 80's and ... Times were good back when Columbian (and occasional weeds from Panama, Jamaica, Thailand and Acapulco) displaced that low grade Mexican crap. But the bud is better now. Diesel, AK, etc. are hands down better than anything form the good old days. Still see some home grown that looks good but isn't. AK-47 is my favorite. Not the tastiest bud, but what a buzz.

Well I must say that my first experience with the AK47 cannabis strain involved a whole heck of a lot of stress busting. Talk about relaxed and happy. I didn't become creative or engergized, two common effects for this strain but instead I was totally at ease and anxiety free. I was smiling so much my face started to hurt, and I will fess up to some giggling as well. Wasn't a fan of the earthy taste or aroma, but I prefer fruity anyway. The desired effects far out weighed the inconveniece of my nose wriggling each time I took a puff. I'm keeping some of this instant happy in my medicine pouch from now on. I wish it had a different name, but other than that I wouldn't change a single thing about AK-47.

Have had nothing but success in all aspects of working with this plant. Anytime I start to feel myself become bent out of shape over something that shouldn’t be bothering me I know it’s time to break out the ak 47.

I grew AK-47 outside. 65-35 is about as close as you could get. Sativa 65 Indica 35. The indica was short fat monster buds. Grew for 9 1/2 months. Indica buds had deep earthy taste, very smooth. The high was trippy. Sometimes i got blitzed, other times lazy mellow high. Was dry after curing, but leave in jar. The sativa was strong diesel smell. Cured nicely, but small hits for this old man.

AK-47 was one of those buds that you heard about all the time back in the day. Living on the east coast you barely ever saw it. It became somewhat of a legend in my head. Let’s focus on today when you can get good weed everywhere. I got an 1/8th of AK and my batch was cured well, but was dry. I got it on the black market, so that’s the chance you take. I rolled up a blunt in a natural wrap and I used the AK-47 as my wake n bake as it’s Sativa heavy. After 2 hits I instantly felt the pressure behind my eyes release. My head was clear and my body relaxed. The flavor was what I remembered a sweet Pine taste that leaves a real nice sweet taste on your tongue after the exhale. As a wake n bake this is a great smoke. The buzz is relaxing and your mind is free. You can do nothing or get into a project or run errands. This stain is great for pain caused by inflammation. My wife has an auto immune and this helps greatly with the pain. I give it a four as I like the Indica punch more than the Sativa lift.

perhaps harlox and blue azure, scott s og, maybe even blueberry are better, but ak has to be in the top 5, if not top ten for me. definitely all around good without any real negatives. one of the most trippy highs, but yet not as disabling or nauseous as say dutch treat. arguably, ak is the best sativa dominant strain

This is a beautiful hybrid!! I normally don't like a sativa dominant strain as it tends to heighten my anxiety but the AK47 is a perfect blend. The taste is strong but smooth yet mellow; I found that it almost has a fruity back taste. I love the energizing effect it has but still a nice head buzz. It doesn't have a bad burn out either. Due to the extreme nature of my conditions I am always looking for a strain to help reduce pain and still keep me functioning during the day and the AK47 seems to be the PERFECT combination to help me manage through the day :) Peace&Love <3

Great strain , love the 65/35 ratio not too heavy in the couch feel and fell asleep very easy for being an insomniacs. I smoke great indica for sure but smoking AK was more relaxing but didn't leave me without energy. Would recommend if you get a chance.

An old but a good strain.

Well, it doesn't taste VERY good, I don't think it's supposed to, but from the 3 times I smoked it, I didn't feel a great high. The first time made me feel nauseous.. It might've been that I smoked a blunt (1.5 grams) of it by myself, but that normally doesn't happen. idk

It was dope, it made me feel calm, and relaxed. I like it, feel pretty mellow. Wanna smoke some more rn🤗😎

It is ok, I'm not going to write home about it for sure. What is funny is it looks much better then it tastes. I look at like this, you can get a buzz off any weed, so taste is every thing.

This strain is great

I got to smoke this for the first time this passing weekend. It is officially the best strain I've ever smoked. Most of the shit I smile is indica strains. And people also claim the stuff I smoke is "good". Nah. Not like this at all. And it ACTUALLY helps me sleep! I love the smell and the type of high I get too. ❤

Long lasting high but not over the top. Defiantly brings out the creativity in me.

This is definitely top quality stuff. The high is always so intense even if you have a mountain of a tolerance. It's a very energetic head high that induces creativity. I was watching tv while smoking on this and after a few tokes I felt like I was in an IMAX. I don't even have surround sound it's just you feel the sound all around you. It's a wonderful smoke every time. I'd rate it over 9000 out of 10!

generally, one of the best or possibly the best strain. euphoric and trippy high. probably the best sativa dominant strain. the feeling is similar to some of the best indicas ive had. it is probably more of a nighttime bud but more versatile than many other strains, sativa or indica

PLATINUM AK-47 When I dry hit it it's very earthy skunky & when I put the light to it it's very earthy, sour, skunky the feeling is very mellow & relaxing A LONG LASTING CEREBRAL BUZZ a very good sativa hybrid an 80/20 i would say its very good for creativity, focusing and relaxing.. its feels like if I just kicked my feet up & started drinking sum coffee & im not a coffee drinker, it's just that feeling :] 4.7Starts
