This sativa-heavy Haze strain out of the Netherlands has a sativa/indica ratio of roughly 90:10, making for an intensely cerebral experience. First bred in Amsterdam by Delta 9 Labs, Brainstorm Haze is a combination of Stargazer and an original landrace from Thailand. It's unclear just how potent this medical selection is, as THC numbers aren't widely available. But the effects are said to be calming yet highly creative, promoting upbeat mood and mental focus. It can be used as medicine for depression, anxiety, migraines, headaches, muscle spasms, nausea, chronic pain, and daily stress. Since CBD test results are as scarce as THC values, this strain isn't recommended for the treatment of conditions that respond to CBD, including pediatric epilepsy. The taste and smell of Brainstorm Haze are similar, with fruity and flowery notes. The bud is dense, sticky, and dark green, with purple hues, red hairs, and a frosty layer of trichomes.
