Sour Tangie is a sativa dominant hybrid (80% sativa/20% indica) strain created as a cross of the hugely popular East Coast Sour Diesel X Tangie strains. Like its parent strains, this bud is most infamous for its insanely mouthwatering flavor. Sour Tangie has a smell of pungent sour citrus that has an earthy diesel bouquet as the bud is smoked. The taste is of sour earthy citrus that has a sharp pungent diesel aftertaste upon exhale that intensifies as you smoke. Sour Tangie buds have medium-sized grape-shaped dark olive green nugs with bright surprisingly pink undertones, rich purple hairs, and a frosty layer of lavender hued fine crystal trichomes. The Sour Tangie high boasts a combination of indica and sativa effects that are powered by a relatively high THC level that falls up to 22% on average. The high starts with an elevating head buzz that jolts you with motivated energy and a slight sense of focus. This head high is accompanied by a relaxing and warming body buzz that lulls you into a state of lethargy and ease that doesn't quite put you to sleep or cause couch-lock. Because of these well-balanced effects, Sour Tangie is said to be perfect for treating conditions such as chronic fatigue, mild to moderate cases of depression, chronic pain, and muscle spasms.

The strain information is spot on though it feels more like a 60/40 hybrid especially when the relaxation kicks in. It will definitely put you in a great mood!

Very clear-headed, energetic & happy buzz After a hit or two it relaxed and grounded me. Not a sleepy buzz. Good for ADHD / Focusing / Studying in small-medium amounts

The main thing this strain does for me is elevate my mood which is great for depression. I can also accomplish things also. Great wake and bake or anytime I am feeling down.

Very nice strain. Very nice flavor. Head high was fantastic along with a nice relaxed body. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is ... sour tangie is not a good "out in public strain" it heightens the senses extremely well but can be easily over the top when in social situations. I'd get it again though :-)

By far one of the best stains I've had in both flower and vape. I have moderate CPTSD from a very horrible childhood and when I smoke this strain I feel a great deal better. I have fewer flashbacks, I'm more focused and I'm alert. The only thing I do not like about this strain is the taste it leaves in your mouth after you smoke. I suggest popping a mint afterwards cuz that diesel will have you with a case of Yuck Mouth/Halitosis in a second.

Do not make edibles with this strain, horrible aftertaste that made me want to scrap my tongue.

Tangerine Dream!! I love this strain for growing in NorCal outdoors at home. It is so up-beat to enjoy, a top-10 Sativa of all time, and the smell is not a nuisance to neighbors as it excels outdoors identical to our tangerine tree. It preserves for 1 year or more if cured properly. It is for day or night and is pure happiness for allergy sufferers and depression. It is great for creative thought and sex.

Many thx to user 'bookemdanno' who kind of confirms that Pedanios 18/1 could be Sour Tangie. In Germany we only get what 'Canada and the Dutch do not want anymore' and the companies selling are not telling the strains. Here we have e. g. Pedanios 18/1 which could be Sour Tangie <3

Sour Tangie strain was purchased thru one of my medical licenced cannabis producers (Aurora ).. it usually ranges from 17-23% When i purchase this its always 21-23% for max effect.... hands down one of my favourite tasting strain along with wedding cake etc Aroma great and a bang on energetic sativa with no jet lag indica effects
