Sativa Dominant Hybrid - 90% Sativa / 10% Indica
Crossed with papaya the sweetness and sour really come through, never had a sativa that I personally enjoyed beyond sour d **good** quality. Without minors and terps the pure THC anxiety tends to come out

Sour Diesel is on the my top 5 list maybe even taking #1. Depending my mood. The pungent Diesel aroma lingers around so caution with surrounding!!!
One of the better strains for the heavy hitters. It honestly just depends on the grower. I recently got this strain from Medusa dispensary that made me want to go back for more, absolutely fantastic! But another grower trumeds in phoenix did a terrible job on this strain. You can’t really tell when a grower cares vs a rouge grower. Know your source.
If I had to choose one strain to smoke for the rest of my life and that was the only strain I could smoke, it would be Sour Diesel, no contest! This is my favorite strain EVER! Been smoking for 20 years and haven't found one better! Love the Diesel taste and it's high can't be beat! For me, it's always a very nice, physically relaxing time with a upbeat, sociable, mentally energetic head high that lasts for hours! I always know I'm in for a good time when I'm smoking that Sour Diesel!
OG smokers around 2007 know the Sour Diesel from NY was crazy strong and structured much differently.. but the new stuff today isn’t bad..or maybe I got spoiled over the years and stepped it up to a much higher caliber? Newer smokers would definitely appreciate this classic rendition.. not too invasive.. a pleasant , stimulating zing.. and not too long lasting.. I need them much more stronger..
Everyone here in central and southern New York State loves Sour Diesel. It's very sought-after and commands a pretty good price too. You can get Zips of really good bud for a hundred bucks around here but a zip of Sour Diesel can still go for 160 to 200 gray Market if it's grown officially. I have bipolar disorder generalized anxiety PTSD OCD and now THC. There's just no other strain that comes close to being like this as far as the effects go and the way it looks and smells as well. Some sativas give me anxiety but this is smooth sailing. You get a burst of energy and creativity through your brain for about 15 to 20 minutes and then it kind of settles in but you're still up positive and clear-minded which is very surprising. If you like to be sedated and really relaxed or you're seeking a body high this isn't going to be your cup of tea. Definitely Mental Health Medical strain!
