This along with green crack and any haze strain are my favorites for sativa dominant strains. Jack is so tasty and that uplifting buzz is always there to energize you. You can't go wrong.

A classic and always a good choice. It has that delicious citrus flavor, and it’s great for day use and medical use. Uplifting, great to get rid of stress and anxiety. You feel playful, calm, zen and your mood lighting up in general. Gets you high, but not like fucked up. Usually at night I prefer something stronger and more of a indica type to get me to sleep.

Very citrusy flavor like Lemonheads candy. I know there's already a Green Crack but I think this one deserves that name. Super-energizing but doesn't leave you (too) paranoid. It's a punch to the face!!

Whatever cut I got is delightful. Big beautiful picturesque nugs and smells amazing unfortunately at the least of this batch had a less than desirable taste if you ask me. Almost musty basement tasting but certainly no mold I could detect under a lighted 65x scope. Effects were really nice and smooth, definitely feel the haze in this one which I love. It's on point for a good sativa and I would def get again!

Glad they updated finally.. They had this at 55 sativa, and if you're getting that one it's basically a northern lights 50/50 haze pheno.. Jack is supposed to be mostly haze, the people saying there is indica in it aren't getting the right stuff. I make edibles with this bc its so sativa that's the only way it hits good. Still lots of thc and great DAYTIME medication lol... 😅

This strain has become my morning cup of coffee. It’s terpinolene heavy bud, but there’s enough Myrcene to make it not racy.

My experience of Jack Herer was a sativa because i'm pretty sure the genetics have Haze crossed into it 3 times. It has a unique high to it so expect a hazy like high. Enjoyable.

I’ve heard good things about Jack Herer; the man and the strain. Namely that it’s a good sativa for those with anxiety like myself; as Sativas tend to leave me keyed up toward the end. A reaction with anxiety no doubt. But as Jack Herer is said to be a 60/40 hybrid. There should be enough indica to keep anxious Andy away. I also wanted to try a wake n bake sesh, I hear good things about them and wanted to see how they leave me feeling and if I can be productive. Now to the actual review. Jack Herer is so far and by far the smoothest strain I ever smoked, now IDK if it’s the time of day, the strain or both but I did not cough once while puffin this. That’s only maybe the second time.

Great for anxiety.

I disagree with the post that says jack herer is a pure sativa. This is one of few sativa dominant strains that I get no paranoia from . A very good daytime strain but there is definitely some indica in here too. I usually have about 20 different strains or more but this one makes the top 20 . You can get things done and still be partially sedated. But each to there own.

I love Jack Herrer for daytime use. First thing in the morning is fine. Daytime is fine. Bedtime, it's something else. I wish I'd discovered this long ago. Great for getting energy and creativity.

I was literally about to quit mj after a long time of not enjoying the experience anymore but when this strain came along, I found it to be so cerebral, so creative thinking inducing and so positive that I came back 10/10

The legend is greater than the strain. I have tried this several times from different farmacies and growers, and it's always disappointing. I get no medical relief and the buzz is moderate. I'm reluctant to call this beloved strain ditch weed, but ... .

I usually only go for indicas but I find that Jack herer surprisingly puts me on my a** & knocks me out at high doses. I found this strain at a local dispensary near me on sale for $25. I think I’m gonna stock up on this one next time I go if the price hasn’t changed. Great bud

Nice cerebral high, it really energizes me but I’m still high as 🤬, but creative, definitely got me leaning, like a willow in the breeze.

A perfect sativa leaning strain, the only thing that even comes close or competes with Jack is Golden Pineapple...at least for me. Beautiful buds, intoxicating smell and taste, and the high is a super mellow, euphoric, cerebral, relaxing yet uplifting, zero anxiety or paranoia or jitters. All day medicine, great for pain, physical and mental, all around super fun high. A strain worthy of it's namesake! You gotta get a top shelf grow. I got Phat Panda, in WA state, 26% tot cannabinoids. Can take hits off of this strain in my porta vape all day 🌞😎

A buddy and I️ randomly picked this strain about 4 years ago. We absolutely loved it and have been looking for it ever since. I️ JUST FOUND SOME at a dispensary in Pueblo West, CO. It's as good as I️ remember. Clean, uplifting high. No paranoia, great body buzz.

The Godfather of strains! Got my lungs a puff of this and was blown away by its instant uplifting high! Strong sativa for those long days...

Dry mouth, yep!. Dizziness, Yep!, Bouts of paranoia, Yep! Not good for long session pain relief as much as Cinderella 99, Jack Herer, (at least the Herer I had) can relieve your pain but, it only lasts a short while. Like about 15 minutes. Then you want to smoke some more, but can't be because of the dizziness accompanied by a medium case of nausea. I don't recommend it.

It's as many have described, it's simply a wonderful strain. This checks all the boxes for me. As a Sativa dominant, it keeps me energized, in a cerebral way, while not giving any jitters. I find it to be very tasty with a long lasting high.

Jack is my favorite strain hands down. While I have had stronger strains I have not had anything that comes close to what Jack does ALL AROUND. For me it is the Strain of all strains. Although I'm still trying to find Hydro. The Real Deal Hydro.

The hype is real from what you hear about this strain. Its very medicinal and fruity tasting, lovely. I feel endorphins release when I smoke this! Only a few strains do that for me. San Fernando Valley Og is pretty close.

This strain is notorious on the West Coast! With countless medicinal benefits, this will always be one of those strains that is a go-to for me, simply because it's so flexible. I can use it during the day or at night. However, one thing I recently noticed while trying to get into my normal workflow rythym while using it, was that I couldn't quite get into that flow that I like, while doing my physically intense manual labor job; I was experiencing a mild amount of uncomfortable anxiety and a little brain-fog too. There also could have been outside forces that were at work, while I was at work, that contributed to these feelings though.

Dang! This is it! I have some serious psych issues, including BP type 1, BPD, and PTSD. This is the med for me. Chills my head, quills depression, and rapid thinking, with a clear head, with some energizing effects. During a episode, I went and smoked Jack, came back, and my wife immediately said, go back to the dispensary and get more. So, I did. Definitely my go to for my mental issues. 😎🍭🌱

Great sativa strain if you enjoy the flavors of orange & lime. Speedy & peppy but not overly so. I have a friend with relatively acute anxiety - he stays away from this one because it gets his heart racing, increases his paranoia & triggers anxiety attacks. But when I think of a racy sativa, white widow and Golden Goat are some of the first to come to my mind. Being an experienced "cannaseur" I prefer this in a concentrate like dry-sift rosin or wax --- the flower is weak with short-lived effects IMHO. Jack Herer is not the worst but it's also not my first choice when it comes to sativas (not far from dead last for me either though.) But try it for yourself if you normally enjoy sativas --- and if the sativa rush is not your norm? Probably best to keep your distance from the Jack.

First time I went to Amsterdam Jack was the cannibis cup winner that I really wanted to try..It’s great for wandering the funky city and chilling socially..It builds gradually, and after three or four hits I feel happy… But if you do smoke too much, taking too many big bong hits… It can give you a sense of paranoia… As some sativas can..It’s truly a classic from the 90s.. The greenhouse is where I first smoked it..Wonderful 😁

jack herer is the best strain I have tried in Illinois. To me, it has everything, a great smell, great taste, and most of all a great high. It does not put me to sleep and makes me feel creative, giving me those profound revelations as good as a sativa can.

Ive noticed something with people who leave bad reviews. They either got lied to and bought dirt weed, or they are basically jealous they cant or haven't had it. This is not 100% true, but happens a lot more than not. There is no way someone could smoke this strain and others and possibly need a lot to get high. Someone sold them dirt weed, I would wager. Jack H is an excellent strain. Some people may not like the smell or flavor. But the effects cant be denied. Weed is not weed. Lineages matter. You cant get seeds from a subpar plant and grow premium bud. Premium creates premium. Dirt weed creates more dirt weed

My favorite daytime medicine.

The Jack!, Jack Herer is one of the big names of people in marijuana history. so a strain having his name should be nothing surprising but educational. Anyways, this is a famous strain, big one, everyone loves it and for sure they know why, and for me, i surely love it too and also got my reasons why this strain is a must try. Besides being a classic strain, its effects are something.. and i mean SOMETHING. Top sativa strains for sure. An all time classic sativa strain, Jack Herer is an all time favorite for me, surpassed only by Kerosene in the flower with sativa effect category. An oldie' but a goodie'. Good Jack is always a pleasure. The description here is very accurate. Its kind of rare to get pure Sativas now-a-days, usually everything is a hybrid of some sort. This is a great all day smoke. Its functional and good taste and smelling of Piney , Earthy with a hint of Dank Lemon..A+

I go to work at 4 AM. Jack is THE start of my day. With a couple puffs off my vape I'm ready for my day. It's a good stress reliever, gives me the boost I need to get the day started (energetic) and helps keep me focused. The only drawback I've experienced is it messes with my short term memory. If I get distracted I tend to forget what my mission was. I enjoy this strain due to the fact it doesn't give a heavy euphoria unless you get a very high dose. A puff every couple hours keeps me going without the tell tail signs of being high.

First time trying Jack Herer and I loved it. It's smooth and slightly fruity/sweet on the palate. I love Indicas and this is going to be a favourite of mine. I love the energy it gave me and despite hating housework it actually made it fun; me, Jack, AC/DC and my Dyson had a great party!

This is the first time I have had this strain. Very nice tasting. You could almost call this a bit on the fruity side. Love the buzz you get on this. No more pain and it really helps with my PTSD and depression.

Every time I've had jack herer, it's been amazing and incredibly memorable. The high isn't anything special after the first few hits, but it builds on itself in incredible ways and can be borderline psychedelic at the right dose. It's an amazing daytime strain, being great if you need a boost of energy or to help conversation flow. However, smoking too much can cause an almost uncomfortably strong high that will stop you from accomplishing very much. The buds themselves often smell VERY fruity and sweet, but can also be earthy, savory, and spicy. Depending on the phenotype, the smoke can taste similar to fruit punch, or it can be more like cookies and spices. Dabs of jack herer tend to be very syrupy and sweet, almost creamy. This is an excellent strain for almost any smoker. It's incredibly for depression and appetite loss, great for waking and baking, and also strong enough to please those with high tolerances. Even new smokers will find that this strain offers a great high without taking you too high too fast.

Jack Herer is the classic I grew up on in Amsterdam before weed was legal anywhere else. Notable for its strength and the way it makes everything around you funnier than usual. Everything about it is classic, traditional kind herb, even the taste.

Medical of this is very relaxing in MD. And it is always much better than MD 20/20. I would add relaxing to the Effects for this for me along with the above.

Got a zip of this for 55 in Spokane Washington. Nice mellow high, relaxing, makes me happy, easy going, at times I feel light headed, but it's a nice high to go out and about or just chill around the house with the wifey. All around for the price, I am very happy and HIGHLY recommend!

The high from Jack Herer was sweet. I smoke everyday and it gets boring. So when I smoked this I was pleasantly surprised. I had an up high buzz. I felt a warm glow inside. I have to check the dispensary I bought it at. I'd love to get some more. Well worth trying if you haven't before.

I've been looking forever for a strain that gives me energy and motivation to actually get out of bed (so flippin hard some days) and accomplish SOMETHING, anything, without anxiety. One long pull off Jack Herer about an hour before I needed to wake up didn't give me the needed burst of energy, but once I managed to get up - i had to use Trainwreck for that tempered with some CBD - I was more productive in the next few hours than I had been in a long time, and work seemed lighter, not such a big deal. I really hope it continues to have this effect! I will probably try mixing it with some Sour Diesel to see if that helps with the energy, maybe add some limonene. I didn't feel particularly euphoric, but just being able to do stuff helped my depression, and no anxiety! Focus fine, actually I'm more focused than usual. For me it lasted at least 5 hours - I dosed around 6 and was awake and doing things until 11 pm, but after that I slept fine. I'd highly recommend Jack Herer for productivity, focus, and stamina; others are better for mood lift and morning energy. Details: I am vaping the Golden Owl brand cart from the Cannabis Crew in Wakefield, MA. THC 334.8mg; CBD 22.2mg; CBN 13.8mg. No CBC or terpene data but flavors are diesel/earthy/dirt, a little pine, didn't taste any lemon.

For years I’ve felt that I was more of an Indica smoker. Until earlier this year when I tried my first pure Sativa ( that I know of anyway) in Durban Poison. Now after trying Jack Herer I realize I’m not an Indica man nor am I a Sativa man. I’m just into really good weed of any kind. Jack is a perfect wake n bake with a classic weed taste. Taste and smell both are lemon, citrus and pine. What I love the most about these pure Sativas is that they are great pain killers that let you go about your day pain free and clear headed. Earthy, mild, and creeping up on you more every minute. 19 to 23% thc content. Price was $162.50 an oz. for the amount got. Can easily ask 300, but not a dealer 'll a supplier to the old, disabled, and recreational users. At cost I don't profit from my friends suffering.

🌲🍭 Forget the espresso, Jack Herer is better than any cup of coffee in the morning. This is a spectacular Sativa-dominant hybrid that has been around for a little while. With sharp notes of pine and an earthy sweetness to it, this is a delicious and smooth smoke. It is amazing for relieving your anxiety and putting you in a better mood. This is such a good morning strain that I know more people that use this regularly than any other strain! It is just solid. Everybody should try this strain, even if it's not what you were looking for. You just might be surprised.

I purchased a vape cartridge late after a painful day of carpel tunnel. Excellent pain relief, nice warm buzz, ear ringing and hunger were the negatives. I would definitely buy again for pain.

Thanks Josh. This Strain is so helpful for my condition. I have adrenal insufficiency which means my body does not make the cortisol it needs to live. Hydrocortisone is the prescribed medication the doctor gives me but it does come with a list of side effects, and some which I have suffered. Before taking medical marijuana I was prescribed 80 milligrams a day of hydrocortisone. The usual dose for a woman is around 30 milligrams daily. I'm happy to say I'm only taking 20 milligrams daily with the help of medical marijuana. I no longer have the bloating side effects, in fact I've been able to lose all my inflammation between diet and exercise. Before the medical marijuana I was in bed most of the day. I now belong to a gym and exercise 5 days a week. I feel my life is full again and I'm able to enjoy the things that I used to love to do.

i vape this. and i will warn you, that for me, it is not for night time smoke. keeps me up all night. like a mountain dew before bed. it does have a lemon flavor in vape form. tastes great. too much and, yes, you can become irritable. just in the leave me alone, i'm trying to enjoy this buzz irritable. not for crowd of people or lots of commotion.

I'm new to this research, and this was one of two strains I started vaping. My general disposition is somewhat irritable and confused and lack of focus. I can't sleep and I get annoyed if people need something from me. I was afraid that a sativa would only wreak havoc here with me, however, I started slowly with this and I just love it. I get complete clarity and magical creativity when I vape it. My stomach does get a bit anxious but only to a point that it makes me not want to eat, which is good for me as an emotional and bored eater. I love this stuff. It never blocked me from sleeping either, although I did gain energy I was simultaneously relaxed. Great feeling!

Love Jack Herer. Definitely took a well though out and complimentary blend of strain to create this. I find myself reaching for it at home more than any of my other Sativa dom hybrids. Not a casino bud, but great for doing housework/chores/projects around the house.

There's a deep pine aroma underneath it all and it seriously spread and stuck around. -- Flavors were deep in this, and I'll be honest..
