I've been a customer for about 15 months. I've always paid after I received the product, every time since the first time. I assumed this was how things operated. Then on Saturday I get a text from Jack that says: "please call... if you prefer I will send my collection guy by to collect payment” Perhaps there are multiple reasonable interpretations of this sentence. However, in this game, I think most people would take this as a threat. Which I did. I posted about this in a review, to which Jack replied with lies regarding how long I hadn’t paid, and claiming that he was merely offering to send someone to collect payment for my convenience. (Which I find laughably ridiculous but, again, maybe that’s just me.) My review and Jack’s response were taken down because I included links to screenshots proving my claims, and links are not allowed in these reviews. So, unless you read the version of this review earlier, there’s no viewable proof, and no way to refute whatever response Jack decides to reply with. I will continue to monitor this space and edit my review as necessary because the above is factual. Who knows, maybe I’ll squeeze an apology out of Jack for threatening me (or however you interpret it), lying about the circumstances, and forcing a year-plus customer—who has never been late with a payment, including the one involved here—to go elsewhere.
