Jack is partially right. Im a total hothead lately and have been inappropriate and coarse in my communications. I was mean spirited in my first review and Jack told me to the hit bricks.
I will maintain that the customer service at times can really get me going because, as a daily smoker, I sometimes do need to know what the heck is going on so that I can make other arrangements to tide me over if needed. The shackles of a daily user....
Jack is a good fellow and we had very pleasant conversations when I started with him and I know he is a good guy. Probably has an enormous amount of work and customers to deal with all day long and sometimes shit happens out of anyones control. I get it.
I was never hostile or threatening so I don't want that to be my narrative.
Bottom line is Jack and his people have superior product, lots of em, and aside from an occasional hiccup with delivery or communication - you'd be an idiot not to stay with GG. You will always get your product and in the rare event it isn't your taste - they will replace it.
I can't order anymore but I do recommend, highly. The irony....

After your last review was threatening and abusive, I advised you via text to utilize another service and I revoked your registration with us. I am aware there are choices. MI, you became unreasonable and abusive in your texts and reviews. I do not control the reviews, and I believe you may have deleted it when you thought we were going to reinstate your registration. And the we would have been reinstated on Monday, but your lack of self control, and the malicious nature of your texts, makes this impossible.
