I'm very saddened to even have to write this. For years, I was a customer. Generally had decent flower. my only issue till that point was price. I felt that regular customers, especially the one's who have a legitimate medical need, should be receiving a better price. Then, recently, I purchased a half oz of the dosi. I couldn't believe what I received. Stems! A half ounce of stems with a tiny flower attached! I contacted them immediately. Their response was as follows. " You pay for what you get." Needless to say I was shocked! After a lot of complaining I was offered 10 percent off my next order. Again, shocked. I insisted a full refund or at the very least, a replacement flower. I was denied. Then Jack had the girls tell me that my account waswas suspended. Im so disappointed that this ever happened. Now I'm sure the dispensary will leave a response. All I can tell you is that this is EXACTLY what transpired. I have all of the texts and calls to prove my case! Truth is truth and this is the TRUTH. Ps whoever this "Jack" is, he needs a course in customer relations as well as how he treats his employees. He put Amanda in the middle and it was wrong! Again, leaving this review was a last resort. After all the pleading with Jack to just do The RIGHT THING.
Dispensary Response: Unfortunately, Elks6473 is posting this negative review because the $100 half ounce of Dosido had stems and wasn't to his liking. He has complained about our prices a number of times via negative text and may have been the reason we began to offer this budget flower to accommodate people shopping for price points as opposed to quality. I offered him a $10.00 discount on his next order. He became verbally abusive via text and insisted that I should have comped him another half ounce. He continued to assault the girls and threatening to post a bad review. The girls decided that they would end his registration, as this isn't the first time they had a problem like this with him. This has also prompted us to discontinue the budget flower, as it is impossible to find high quality flower that is tested for the discount prices required to sell 100/halves. You Get What You Pay For. That is the truth. Unfortunately, You Can't Please Everyone. We are grateful for the opportunity we are given. If someone would have ordered again, they may have been pleasantly surprised by the most generous gifts and freebies by my wonderful staff. Everyone knows we always make it right. Thanks,
