This was my 1st time, using their services. I had placed my order on 12/08 before 3:00pm. I then spoke with a representative who assured me that I will receive my order by 6:00pm on 12/09. It's 9:05pm and still no shipment. I had sent 2 text messages, the 1st message was sent a couple of hours before the above mentioned delivery time. Which I had asked for an update on the delivery. No response. The 2nd message I sent after 6:00pm. Still no response. I'll update my review if I ever get the service I had paid for. Edit: Thank you Jack for your reply. I received a text message from your representative and confirmed it was delivered today. I also like the little gifts! I'll be looking forward in to placing my next order in the future. Thanks!
