Where do I start?? Total incompetence? I went to the deerfield location, was told it would be 15 minutes.. no biggie. 48 minutes later, after asking what was taking so long, I was brought to the back where I ordered a nano tincture of 8:1 thc:cbd. I asked 4 times if that's what they were giving me and was assured it was. My mistake, I waited a few hours until after I got home to check...it was cbd to thc....they screwed up..so I went back. They swapped it out ( never offering anything for the inconvenience). I then asked about the dosing since the original guy said I needed 4 droppers full to get to what I was looking for but since he couldn't figure out which was CBD and which was THC I figured I should check with someone else. The so called assistant manager said one single drop should do..duh, that's not going to work. He kept trying to explain each drop was a gram...now I KNOW that's not right. Then he tried to say milliliters on the dropper was the same as milligrams in dosage. Again, laughable. And this my friends, is a so called pharmacy. Can you imagine Walgreens not knowing how much 1 milligram of Xanax is? Time to call the state and let them know, this is dangerous! Oh, and they're crazy expensive for Florida marijuana, which is quite candidly, crap.
