I do not want to shop at the destin store which use to always be a pleasant experience till recently. I feel extremely uncomfortable after manager Shanay treated me like an inconvenience to deal with. Its gotten to the point the few employees that have been nothing but helpful, kind, and want to help you with any questions have repeatedly apologized for how shanay treats me. It got to the point I requested to speak with Erica about the miss treatment. She said she would speak with shanay and I just asked for no contact.
Shanay still continues the miss treatment.
Talking to Erica about this did nothing but put a bigger target on my back for shanay. I told Erica it makes me uneasy because shanay has access to my information.
This has been going on since March 23. April 20th shanay still continues, and I met Ashley who treated me the same way shanay does.
Speaking to the main manager did nothing but make things worse, calling corporate does nothing
