Main Street Marijuana

This place is a joke! Terrible products! terrible customer service, they take no responsibility in the products they sell, everything is sealed it's a guess and check system. You are better off to go and buy from a dealer on the street. At least they'll give you a refund and you get to see your product and deal with more friendly people. They sell cheap Chinese glass and Mark it up has something special. Everybody in there is fake. And overpaid. This is the Walmart in Kmart of the cannabis industry. they think they own the parking on the street and everywhere around . Only went here when they were the only shop now I'll go anywhere else! don't give these people your money rob from the poor Growers make themselves rich! Go to craft or any other place. PS I've been in the Cannabis industry for 25 years

Main Street has been our go-to since they opened their Downtown Vancouver location years ago. In that time we have never had a problem with any of the vapes that we have purchased and since a family member manages their Fibromyalgia and back pain with Marijuana they have basically been our pharmacy. Well, nothing is ever perfect and tonight a Crystal Clear ATM Sativa disposable VAPE produced by Cannabis Distillates got very hot and exploded on its first use. I had the receipt and took it back for them to tell me that we broke it and they would not do a simple exchange so I had to purchase a replacement. While I have always found the staff friendly and knowledgeable their inability to make this right after years of being a loyal customer over a 30 dollar Vape is inexcusable and I will be taking my business somewhere else. I would suggest you do the same. I have also contacted the manufacturer of this Vape so they know that Main Street is not providing the users of their product with top-notch customer service and customer is left holding the bag for their production issues. While I have not had a problem in the past with their product they will join in my avoidance of their product and Main Street in the future.

My goto dispensary. You name it, they have it and whether you buy expensive, mid-range or lower end they accommodate. Plus the staff is great.

best mj store in vancouver! been to many dispensaries and this is my top pick. tons of selection in their ‘no pesticides’ section. i would like to see more cartridges w no pesticides like mfused. that would get you guys a ten star review!

Lol.... I'm sure it's good but the prices are way out there. Who pays $700 for a full oz???? Lmao. Many other Places to buy for fraction of the price and primo quality. Actually amazing quality. The average price is $200 an oz. maybe less or a bit more. Someone is making a shit load of cash here. Sorry but for these crazy prices I'd have to give zero stars.
